In 2007, the Annexes to the EFTA Convention have been amended twice. The first amendment of 19 April 2007 changes certain provisions in Appendix 3 to Annex K, regarding Mutual recognition of professional qualifications. The decision can be found here and the revised Appendix can be found here.
Article 4, Origin, in Annex I, Mutual recognition in relation to conformity assessment, has also been changed on 23 April 2007. The decision can be found here and the revised Annex can be found here.
On 8 March 2007, the EFTA Council approved a Decision regarding triangular transport for Community haulers. This Decision is made in relation to Annex P – Land transport, but it does not amend the Annex as such. The decision can be found here.
